1. Digital Product Policy

Gyanamudra Publishing House provides digital educational materials such as PDFs and e-books. Once purchased and successfully downloaded or accessed, these products are considered delivered and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since our products are digitally delivered, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same product.
• Technical issues preventing file access (verified by our support team).
• Incorrect file delivered due to a system error.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

3. Cancellations

Orders for digital downloads cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed and the file or access link has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the above conditions, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order details and proof of payment.
